This is a mental technique that allows for thorough interaction between the conscious and the subconscious mind, or Captain & Crew (see Inward Navigation). You learn this technique to achieve and maintain emotional hygiene and balance within yourself and your relationships. During the Foundation Transformation we will use it to release trauma as well. It could be described as ‘meditative medicine’.
