NEUTRAL PRINCIPLE

POLARITY

In the beginning there was ‘1’. This state has been described in many different ways from Primordial Unity, Chaos or Void, to name a few. This is where the Universe was created from. With this creation of the Universe, the original ‘1’ was split into 2. Light sparked and emanated. Once it sparked it also at the very same instant gave birth to the Space it radiated into. If there is light, there must be space where it exists. If there is space and a separation of the 2, then there is also Time. The creation of light (matter) and its twin space, the split into 2, is referred to in every spiritual, religious and philosophical tradition, and is elementary in science. Duality, polarity, yin yang… This change naturally gave birth to three dimensional reality.

The concept of Polarity is an essential element of the vocabulary used in the Inward Method. The concept of Neutral is based on polarity, where we find the stillness in the middle between the two extremes, being the poles. The foundational polarity in the Universe seems to also embody a form of intelligent bioelectricity. In the field of quantum mechanics, many mind bending discoveries have been made over the past 2 decades and the rate of discovery seems to accelerate.

Since the mind has a reflex to grasp whatever draws its attention, our natural instinct is to focus on one of the two poles. In the Inward Method we train our mind to instantly start looking for the other pole of the equation, so we may see the whole process and can formulate a skilful response which in turn is aimed to merely maintain one’s Neutral quality. This act is described as the Neutral Principle of Indirectness.
