Early Beginnings

Hi, I’m Simon. With over 20 years of experience in breath work, meditation, Qi Gong, and Martial Arts, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people find balance & peace. My journey began when I was nine, with a simple breathing exercise taught by my father. That moment opened the door to a deeper understanding of breath, body, and mind.

Challenges Faced

In my quest to conquer my debilitating pain, I tried numerous methods, both ancient and modern, but I always felt something crucial was missing. The lack of a structured approach left me feeling isolated and stuck in self-doubt.

Breakthrough Moments

One particularly taxing night, I reached a breaking point. After this event, I was experiencing constant, undermining pain that was physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The lack of available information and guidance made the journey feel nearly impossible.

Over the following pain-infused decades, I realized the key to true freedom had to be a universal component that lies at the root of and encompasses all aspects of life — spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical.

A profound series of insights spanning multiple years gradually led me to experience a state of complete harmony between mind and body, eventually healing me once it all clicked together.

Finding the Solution

Initially, these profound insights only served the purpose of personally becoming pain-free, but then at the request of my martial arts students, I looked at this personal matrix with new eyes. My goal was now to standardize the insights and make them transmissible.

This gave birth to the Inward Method, decoding ancient wisdom with clear modern language in a pragmatic, time-efficient way. This method demystifies 'internal' power with practical mind and body mechanics for life skills, health, and martial prowess.
